Before you begin
To register you need one credential in your EUDI Wallet. If you do not have it yet, issue it below.
Person Identification Data (PID)
Your PID proves who you are. We read your name from it, give you a patient ID and issue your Fyris Health ID, the credential you sign in with from then on.
